Terms of Service

By using reel-captions (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service transcribes uploaded media and suggests clip segments. You are responsible for holding the rights to any media you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not own or have a licence to process.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Plans & limits

Free accounts are limited to 10 minutes of processed audio per calendar month. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) raise these limits as described on the pricing page. We may adjust limits to protect Service stability.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or transcription accuracy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, reel-captions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
