Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with reel-captions. This policy covers paid Pro and Agency subscriptions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• If you are charged in error or experience a Service failure that prevents core use, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
• First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge if the Service did not meet your needs.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
